After visiting two sites in London, it became apparent that our client required a friendly and affordable contractor to clean the exterior windows and cladding of all their buildings, within the London area. After a meeting with the management team in London, Extreme Access secured a contract to clean twelve of Unite’s London sites, with a view to becoming the high level contractor for Unite nationwide.

A project manger was appointed to oversee the constraints of this workload, as a period of one month was given for all sites to be completed. This tight time frame, although achievable, meant that the co-ordination of staff and geographical logistics was essential. Working with Unite management and site hospitality managers, all work was completed within the allocated time frame.
