We gained access to an awkward roof terrace and resurfaced using Acrypol.

There were numerous areas of the roof that were allowing water ingress and also the lead flashing needed to be reinstated and re pointed.

Access was gained Via ab seiling and alternative means would have proved very costly. Works were completed within a day and all problems resolved.
