Although not a particularly high building, the request to re-point 250m2 of brickwork would have meant that scaffolding would have needed to be erected on every elevation of the building, posing not only very real security risks and inconvenience to the residents, but also large costs to the property manager/residents. 

As always, we aim to be as transparent as possible to all involved. Work debris is removed at the end of every day and by the time ropes are de-rigged it would be virtually impossible to tell that we had been there. 

Due to the efficiency of our methods, it was agreed that we commence with an additional 150m2 of pointing. Material costs for re-pointing are minimal and therefore huge savings are to be made by using Extreme Access for such projects.
