Removal and replacement of leaking cast iron soil pipe on the rear elevation of a Kensington Town House.

Sub contracted by one of our many facilities maintenance contractors, we were asked to replace a leaking section of downpipe at the rear of a town house, this is a common task implemented by Extreme Access.

The damaged section was cut out, removed and replaced. Once installation was complete the new pipework was prepped and painted to finish.
