Property developers were in the process of completing a full flat refurb on the 8th floor of the Pelham Court residential flats in Chelsea.
Extreme Access was required to attend site and plumb all the kitchen pipe work into the existing cast iron stack.
With qualified plumbers available we had all external plumbing completed within 3 hours of being on site.
This was the first time our clients had utilised industrial abseiling to complete external works and all concerned were impressed with our productivity and the savings we made them.
