Due to old and disconnected brackets proving to be dangerous and in bad order a complete replacement was implemented within a light well for our client.
Due to awkward access within many light wells on block buildings our form of access is ideal for replacement of external pipework.
Our ongoing client instructed us to remove and reinstate 25m of 4" pipe work, which was causing damp problems throughout the elevation.
Our team removed the pipework and installed a new section joining to the original cast iron hopper and ground connections to finish, with no disturbance to residence on site.
