Complete rub down and full overhaul of crittle windows on 9 story block.
Our second major project at the Cloisters was to fully refurbish all exterior window frames this entailed a full rub down to metal work. Next to remove and reinstate any corroded or damaged putty work followed by the application of a dulux metal work primer /undercoat paint. Finally the application of two coats of dulux weathersheild top coat gloss.
Sections of the building were targeted for work so as to keep disruption to a bare minimum, the team progressively worked around the building completing section at a time. This method worked very smoothly and we encountered no set backs.
The window frames were in a huge and obvious state of disrepair, all concerned were extremely pleased with the finished product.
