Chelsea Cloisters boasts an impressive one thousand luxury apartments in the heart of London’s vibrant Sloane Avenue (Chelsea). Extreme Access has secured a relationship with the management team and has undertaken a variety of works.
Our first project at The Chelsea Cloisters was to re-paint all rendered areas on the exterior of the building. Directly overlooking one of London’s most illustrious avenues was one of our biggest constraints on this project. It was overcome by using forward planning and a constant presence at ground level by a member of Extreme Access personnel.
We pride ourselves on using polite and courteous staff who ensure that the general public, residents and the local authorities have no concerns. Our aim was to be as transparent as possible and to cause minimal disruption to all concerned. These objectives were attained to the highest degree and we have been highly commended on our efforts. We have an excellent team of painters for such jobs and all work is carried out to the highest standard.
