Instructed by the client, a pressure wash of an elevation of the building was conducted to ascertain the correct specification and guarantee of paint works to be applied.

Now the external refurbishment contract has been confirmed for the summer of 2012, a test wash was agreed between the client and a representative from KIEN paints, a paint company who specialise in products that  withstand the rigours of exposure to salt air, to deduce if their product was suitable for this building located right on the sea front.

Using a pressure washer, our team of abseil personnel descended and cleaned  the elevation, removing the build up of salt, grim and algae that had accumulated.

Once cleaned down, a meeting was held with the KIEN representative for the correct product and specification to provide the client with the best results and guarantees possible.
