Extreme Access Ltd secure Primary Contractor role for major refurbishment works in North London.

Working from March - November to maximise reasonable weather conditions this project has been forecast to branch over 3 years. The next phase is due to commence March 2011 and all concerned are keen to get back on the ropes and start work.

Working alongside the appointed Surveyor, Extreme Access has produced a faultless method of logging and reporting all works throughout the duration of this major external refurbishment contract. Industrial Abseilings main drawback used to be accommodating the specific needs for large project administration; we now have this covered with our tried and tested method.

Working under the CDM regulations 2007 this major project requires various trades to be completed, from timber cill replacements and window care repairs, masonry repairs and the preparation and painting of nearly 2000 crittle windows. Also sporadic pointing and glass replacements have been completed.

Our method of reporting and the high quality of our workmanship has proved to be a huge hit with both the surveyor and the managing agent. With a site foreman available during all working hours at ground level, residents and tradesman are able to communicate any issues and requests without delay. Feedback suggests that all residents are very pleased with our form our access, the way we conduct ourselves and the overall lack of disruption around their home environment.
