This Chelsea located building was built in 1932 (a listed building) and to this day maintains most of its original features. Due to access issues, the render work had never been maintained and over the years the elements had started to take their toll.

Extreme Access was contracted to assess damaged rendered areas and restore to its original state, ensuring all leaks were resolved and any dangerously loose render was removed and re-instated.
