Extreme Access was awarded this work as the Primary Contractor and produced a very cost effective access solution for a complete building improvement.

The tender consisted of varied tasks, such as painting of all previously painted metalwork, cleaning of rendered cladding, roofing and low level decoration. Due to foreseen problems with water dispersion on the roof line, existing asphalt was removed and levels rebuilt to ensure water ran freely into hoppers, the entire roofline was re asphalted and tiled to finish.

Costs and disruption to residents was kept to a minimum with only two small scaffold towers erected for access and materials. All parties concerned with this project were extremely happy with the works completed.
